STORYTIME! Feel free to stop reading. When I was in high school, I started dating the guy I'm with now and he was friends with my ex growing up (it's a very small town) and we were having a party at my SO's house and my ex came and it was pretty casual because a lot of my friends were there too. Low key for a high school party, really. That night, my SO and I had sex in the only room upstairs and I guess I was pretty loud. A friend of mine told me a few days after that my ex had asked her if I was just being that loud because I knew he was there (which, fuck you) and my friend was like "uh no she's just loud" and she heard my ex mumble "she wasn't that loud with me." Six years later, I've quieted it down just for the sake of roommates and guests and such, but I'm not embarrassed about it anymore, now I'm just happy to be having great sex all the time!
