Boyfriend just made me sad

Me and my boyfriend are sitting on the couch and I ask him how would he act if I was pregnant just sleeping, laying down on the couch all day? He said I would never be pregnant. I asked him why, he said because I would have been pregnant by now. That just killed me. I been with him for two years. I had a severe bleeding problem for 6 months. My doctor put me on the pill to regulate my period. I haven't bleed since. She told me that women are most fertile after the pill so if I had plans on conceiving that would be the time. Just seeing that he has no confidence in a future baby with me made me feel kinda low. 😪
