Group B Step in early pregnancy??

So I recently tested positive for Group B Strep and I'm not pregnant. The dr gave me antibiotics for 7 days. Then early Monday I started having some spotting when I wipe. I'm trying to figure out if I maybe pregnant, or my body is just being weird. I had Group B when I had my daughter, but I found out while I was in the hospital having her, not in early pregnancy. Anyone ever had it early in pregnancy??
