My son who is almost six was born via Caesarian Section. Afterwards my PMS cramping were borderline unbearable. Once I had my Mirena inserted it wasn't as bad. Now it's gone and we are TTC baby #2. I'm wondering if any other mothers out there were more sensitive in their uterus afterwards also? Cause I feel as though I may be experiencing implantation cramps now. AF is not due till 3/31 and I never cramp unless I bleed...??
