From shaving. Use a cream when you shave, and go slowly. My husband gets them.

When you shave don't shave up. Shave with the way your hair goes. I used to have these to. Mine were in grown hair

It's 100% not moloscum. All four of my young kids caught it and then passed it on to one another. It is highly contagious, and I had to keep them covered in clothes or bandaids at all times as it can spread so easily at school and childcare.
It looks as though you have some sort of irritation when you shave, I would suggest exfoliating in the shower. I used to get ingrown hairs very badly and I've resorted to not shaving in certain areas as nothing I would do helped. Don't pop them or attempt to squeeze these as you can introduce bacteria and germs into them and they can get infected. You can see a doctor who can also offer some sort of treatment.
