Less than 1% Morphology success with IUI / IVF?

My husbands SA showed less than 1% Morphology. His other numbers were good. I have PCOS. We have been TTC our first baby for over six years with no luck.

Our fertility specialist is having hubby retest. However, he says IVF will be our only option if Morphology hasn't improved 😔

I was hoping IUI would be an option (financial reasons). Has anyone had success with IUI & low Morphology? Our doctor doesn't seem to think it is worth a try.

Any recommendations to improve Morphology?
