Am I feeling implantation cramps or am I just paranoid????

Hey ladies, I had unprotected sex on (what my tracker says) was the day before ovulation--he pulled out though and said he didn't get any ejaculation inside (but like who knows?? It was a poor choice on both of our parts). It's 10 days later and I have this sharp-ish localized pain in the center of my lower abdomen that feels slightly intense but it dulls away after a while and then comes back, and I'm super paranoid that it's implantation cramps. My breasts are slightly tender as well, but this is also normal for PMS symptoms for me, and I'm due to get my period in 3 days. Other than that, I don't feel excessively fatigued, and there's no spotting. I'm very regular and I feel like I know my body really well where I think I can tell that this is a new sensation, but also, IDK. Any thoughts on this? Words of advice? Thank you!!
