Spotting

Lastnight I had bright red blood when I wiped. No cramps, nothing unusual that would signal that it was my period. I am 3 days prior to AF coming. I had some really weird ovulation things occur. I'm pretty sure inoculated twice this month. As I ovulated my normal 14-15 day cycle, and then ovulated again around last week. My boobs have been super sore, and I have had some weird stomach issues.

So this morning the bright red has turned to brown. No cramps. Nothing weird. Could that be implantation? I should also mention, I had Essure placed back in 2008. Is that even possible with me having the Essure??
