Lifting and exercise while trying to conceive
Is it okay to do heavy lifting such as moving furniture and boxes or strenuous cleaning while trying to conceive? What if you are waiting to see if you are pregnant in the window, when you do find out you are pregnant are you supposed to avoid these for how long? I am 35, trying to conceive my first don't want to mess anything up, I'm also tiny.
