Implantation bleeding

My boyfriend has cum in me multiple times during my fertile window and especially on the 7th but today I wiped blood, only a small bit and really pink and watery, I'm also getting cramps every now and then in my lower belly, could this be implantation or am I just being over worried?

I'm also feeling very nauseas and dizzy

Can't test for another 8 days as af ain't due till then
