Help! I was got diagnosed with PCOS yesterday and it honestly shocked me. I guess deep down I always suspected, as my cycles were super irregular and I had cystic acne I had to take Accutane for. I sm 5'4" and 120 lbs!m, which is honestly, right at my IBW and at a healthy BMI. Hubby and I have been married 4 years, off the pill since December, TTC #1 since Feb. What can I do to help? I don't know if losing weight in my case will do any good:( I feel helpless.
