Protein powder??

I'm looking for a new protein powder that tastes good. I tried one once that tasted like ice cream with only a half scoop but I can't find it anywhere 😩😩

Do you prefer to drink it by itself with water or a type of milk? Or do you like to use it in smoothies and mix it with other things?
If you drink it by itself, honestly the best kind I've had is by the brand Orgain Organic Protein. It's a plant based protein, made with hemp, brown rice protein, pea protein and chia seed. It's lightly sweetened with stevia and monk fruit. They have it in a few flavors like vanilla, chocolate, chai and matcha. It's good with almond milk or blended in a smoothie. It's totally vegan and way better for you than anything with a dairy base, like whey or casein.
I also like the Garden of Life brand. It's another great raw plant based protein.

I would look into idealfit it's made specifically for women, it has 0 carbs and 0 sugar! I have the strawberry and cream and I love it!!!! Hope this helps!!
