Ovulation? Fertility? Or worst infertility?

So I'm having troubles:( I'm supposed to be ovulating today.. at least that's what the app says... But when I took a test I have no surge...:( how do I have my top two days of fertility? I've been trying to find it for a month now and I just can't find it:(:( help?
