Are you socially uncomfortable?

I am, so badly. I have 4 direct neighbours as we live in a small close, the women all get on really well but I never see them to socialise. 2 have been living here for years now and myself and out next door neighbours are fairly new (3 years ish). At work I just can't find things to talk about with the women there as they're all either really girlie or bitchy. I always feel really alone because of the lack of confidence I have.
