39 week appointment and surprise ultrasound

went to the Dr for our 39 week check...everything was good with me, fundal height was good, baby hr was in the 130s (has been in 160s the past 2 weeks) then the dr started to do the cervical check and it ended up we had to get an ultrasound cuz I had mentioned that baby hasn't been as active the past 2 days and the Dr wasnt sure she was still head down She was sleeping and not wanting to cooperate so we didn't get a good look at her face. Dr didn't say anything about if dialotion had changed since last week because she was wanting to check position, she said she would see me next week so I guess we will see the ultrasound tech said baby got an A+ and she couldn't believe all the hair (I can based on acid reflux) but then said she would pass on the photos to the Dr to look at.. do I need to worry at all? from the measurements I could see it looked like she was a little small, estimated weight between 7-8 lbs.. took forever because baby was sleeping and not practicing breathing so they had to wake her up with the buzzer and try to move her around to see her breathing enough... rainbow baby so I can't help but worry about everything... of course husband doesn't worry lol.
