When to pump

Question

Will be away for a feeding for the first time at a concert, but will be in the concert and unable to pump when the feeding would normally occur. Should I try to pump in the car before coming home? Will I make it home to pump before bed? Or is it ok to miss the feed and not pump and just resume at the next feed? Baby is 4 mo so supply is pretty established.

How many hours will it be without a pump/feeding session? 
I've had some situations where I had to go long without a pump/feed unexpectedly and I've found that as long as it's not happening regularly, it won't affect your supply. You'll probably be engorged but as long as it's not a crazy long time, you should be fine.

6 or 7 hours until I can comfortably pump at home if I want to.... Would be more if I waited for LO to wake up and just nurse, not sure when she will wake up- possibly when I get home anyway because of the change in her routine or a few hours later. I do go about 7 hours already at one point in the night  due to los sleeping schedule
