How far along would I be around if my HCG levels are 342.

Hcg levels aren't a very good indicator. When was your last period?

Hcg levels are different for each person. I know for me my first levels were 118 and I was suppose to be 4weeks 5 days off my lmp. My doctor said I'm probably miscarrying 2 days later it was 266 and had doubled. Turns out I ovulated late and was only 3 weeks 3 days. All that matters is the numbers are doubling.

Hcg levels can vary quite a bit.. best to go off of your last menstrual period or when you think you ovulated. If you don't know either of those, your doctor should be able to date your baby based on your first ultrasound.
