Weird Pain in breasts and lower abdomin; common?

So I should be 6/7DPO today and eariler this evening I got the weirdest pain in my left breast. It felt like a stabbing pain on the outer side of it and breathing in sometimes made it worse. Also this stabbing pain happened in my lower abdomain for a few hours. This was a tad differnt then my O pain and way differnt then normal cramps!

So now, a few hours later both my breasts feel sore and tender, my nipples do as well and i am 9 days away from my period. My cm is also white and creamy but who knows. Anyone else get these symptoms? Since i had OV pain 6 or 7 days ago could this be implantation cramping? No spotting yet. But i didn't spot my last pregancy either. I dont normally have signs of PMS til 5 or so days before but it could be possible i will AF...just curious about other peoples experience.
