Vitamin concerns 😕

Been plant based since Jan 2017 and TTC since Sep 2016 so I've been taking pre-natal vitamins that include iron since then, however recently I've been feeling really lethargic, low mood, difficulty in staying focused, headaches etc.

Wondering what are the common deficiencies for vegans that I should know about?

I've heard cron o meter helps track intake and I've recently ordered some Vit B12 and Magnesium because that's what my research has suggested so far, but I'd appreciate any advice people are willing to offer.
