Someone here on hair growth journey?

I have been trying to grow out my hair since I damaged it and cut it ,now I want to grow them to my waist like I had them before. I'm oiling my hair twice a week. any tips and photos you like to share?

Hey, regular trims and use SALON products something with no sulfates or salts, also try to be more natural with less heat but get your self a great deep conditioner, if you running short of cash get an organic coconut oil and sleep with it in your hair once to twice a week but make sure to wash your hair a few times the next day as it makes your hair uber greasy. Also keep up with your vitamins, prenatal ones work the best in my opinion, that also what I use the naturemade ones.  #advicefromaprofessional

I've gotten lots of hair cuts in between. An inch off here and there. I've also gone through many colors haha. It took a long time and drove me so crazy but I'm at the point now where I can put it up in a ponytail and I'm happy 😊

I have extremely curly hair, and recently cut my hair pretty short for me. I went to ulta to find out what I could do to make it grow fast, and the girl said she swears by flintstones vitamins 🤷🏻‍♀️ I'm just taking hair skin and nails vitamins and then an adult multi vitamin. Just started that so no real results yet to recommend it. 
What else I've heard, is to only shampoo like every other day or so and to deep condition once a week. Good luck!

I've been growing mine out from a pixie! I have wavy hair, not straight and not curly. I got through the awkward phase with a lot of bobby pins and determination. Try not to heat style your hair as much as possible. More heat = more damage and more haircuts to keep it healthy. I only touch my hair with a flat iron if it's a really special occasion and nothing else works. I usually let it air dry with a little bit of product. I only wash every other day so it doesn't dry out. Shampoo that's good for your scalp is good for your hair too! Don't be afraid to hit the dandruff shampoo, it works wonders! Good luck!

Coconut oil, aloe Vera and honey is amazing for your hair to strengthen and grow and is also good to make eyebrows grow out more!
