11 DPO what's going on

I'm 11 DPO today here's what's going on:

On and off cramping

Cramping after sex too

Tired but can't get comfy to sleep

Having to get up in the night to pee

Some nausea

Smells are getting kinda sickening

Abundant creamy/watery cm

Bloated

Constipated

Slight headaches

Eyes are sensitive to bright light

Runny nose and sneezing lots

Boobs and nips are sore and tender

Lower back aches

Took a low sensitive test bfn obviously at 8-11 DPO

No negative comments just trying to figure out what's going on
