Late but no BFP

Looking for thoughts...I'm almost 3 weeks late for AF but no BFP. I've had cramps off and on for a few weeks and sore heavy feeling boobs, which is unusual for me. I made an appointment to get checked by my doc but that's not for 3 more weeks. Am I crazy to think I could still be pregnant?
