How do you work out with your babies?

My son is 6 months old and I'm a SAHM

I have a treadmill and we have some weights.

So I have everything I need. But I'm lacking motivation when I get up the first thing g I do is go get my baby out of bed then pick up the house sit on the couch until it's time to cook dinner.

The heat index has been 100 the last couple days so I don't want to take him outside for long periods of time.

Idk what to do.

I'm 5'8

I know I need to lose weight. I had an eating disorder before I got pregnant with my son.

I've been motivating myself by watching old seasons of the biggest loser on Hulu. When you see people three times your weight working out harder than you have ever worked it's harder to make excuses. Just make sure you don't sit down on the couch and just watch. Get up and exercise while it plays in the background.

When my kids were younger I used them as my weights lol I would squat with them, do lunges, weighted sit-ups, dips with them on my lap they loved it and it kept me motivated

I had a hard time getting motivated but I went to the gym with my husband constantly because it was how we spent time together, I started seeing results and I basically got addicted. For me, results are the best motivation ever

It has to come from you. I have 3 boys ages 5 and under. I have a full time career, a home, a husband who works the opposite shift, and pets. I find time 30 mins a day because it's a priority for me. You have to find the motivation on your own.

Unfortunately nobody can really give you motivation, it has to come from within! I always think about keeping myself healthy for any future babies and the future of my current babies! I want to hike, rock climb, and generally keep up with my two boys! Setting a good example for them for how to take care of your body is also important.
