Is it possible to get pregnant without fallopian tubes? I had both of mine removed because of an ectopic pregnancy in 2016, and yet I've been experiencing pregnancy symptoms (I've had 2 babies and they're now 4 and 7) and my period is over a week late. I've looked online and some women say they have. My doctor said it could happen but never has...has anyone here personally experienced this? Am I freaking out for nothing? My husband and I love our kids but weren't planning on anymore (obviously).
