Working out and losing weight in early pregnancy??
I started at 213 pounds and I'm now at 196. I'm finally losing the weight and getting healthy. I've been eating right and working out now everyday and I don't want to stop because it's taken me a while to finally get on track. However, my husband and I have been trying to get pregnant. I want to be pregnant and still lose weight but my question is... is it healthy and possible to lose fat while pregnant or at least during the first trimester???? Thanks in advance.
