20 week ultrasound bright bowels

I had my 20 week ultrasound yesterday and the tech found bright bowels. After my own googling (I know I shouldn't be doing it but I can't help it) I'm finding that it could be a marker for some genetic conditions; DS, CF, etc. I'm waiting for my drs call to elaborate but in the mean time has anyone else had an experience like this? Can one marker really be evidence or am I just making too big of a deal out of this?
