Yep, the problem with too much coffee is the caffeine- decaf is de-caffeinated coffee, so it's allll good! Had a coconut milk caramel frap (decaf) just this morning! Delicious, and killed my coffee craving.

You can have normal coffee to just limit it to a cup, don't over do your daily caffeine intake.
