Pre-existing back issues?
Hi ladies,
Wondering if anyone else has pre-existing back issues and how they've coped during pregnancy.
12 weeks now so I'm conscious that I'll be carrying a heavier blob soon...
I have lumbar lordosis, which is a prominent curve in my lower spine - basically always looks like I'm pushing my gut and butt out like a duck. Iiiiiiit sucks, mostly cos I've always looked a little "pregnant" because of it so your flat tummy / bump pics make me very jealousy :P
I'm not overweight (BMI 21) but since pregnancy puts pressure on your spine, I was wondering if anyone else has had to work around a pre-existing back issue during pregnancy. How are you doing it?
