I've seen a pic of a receipt saying I didn't tip cause your white. Or something to that affect. I live in a predominantly black community and I see racism at every angle. I've seen the white on black racism. As well as black people saying hurtful things about white people. I won't give them my money, they're food is nasty, they're ugly, white trash. I've seen a black person disrespect a white person just like they hate so much.

Just as the definition says, it's ones own race/belief against another. Racism isn't just white people against black people. That is an example and the stereotypical definition of racism, but it doesn't define racism as a whole. I personally believe all races have prejudice towards/discriminatory sayings or what have you for one or more race/belief.

Racism is not just "white people hate black people". It is hating a race other than yours. So unless you mean like... a black guy hating all other black people... Any race can hate another race. That is Racism. Black hate white, White hate Mexican, Mexican hate Black.

a) oppression and hurt feelings are different things. You can oppress a race that has spent hundreds and hundreds of years being privileged and doing the oppressing.
