Honest opinions, diva cup?!

Okay so I've been thinking of buying a diva cup, are they easy to use, do you prefer them over tampons? How long do they last before you replace them?

I use the Lunette cup, another brand of menstrual cup and I love it. It lasts up to 10 years, but I think to be FDA approved (I think that is a US thing) they have to say they last a year. That is bullshit, they last 5 to 10 years. I love my menstrual cup and I will never go back to pads or tampons.

Hey there! I started using the "Lena cup" about 5 months ago. Purchased on amazon, comes with a cute little cotton hygienic bag to keep when not in use. Since purchase I have not worn a single tampon or pad and don't plan on looking back! Super easy to use and clean. Made in the US from medical grade FDA approved silicone. Definitely worth a try, if you read reviews some women have mixed feelings because it does take some getting use to (insert and removal). However if you take your time and it will become second nature. Proper care and storage of the menstrual cup will determine the length of time it may last you. Also, think of all the money you'll be saving on tampons and pads every month!

it only took me 2 inserts and removals before I had the hang of it! It takes a little practice, but as long as you are relaxed, it's pretty simple! I wore a pad my first period using it just to make sure I wouldn't ruin my clothes if I leaked at all. never going back to regular tampons!
