Maybe baby?

So I know when I'm about to start my period like clock work, but this month she has been a now show. (I was suppose to start on the 23rd.) This maybe tmi, but Tuesday when me and my SO was having sex he said that he wiped blood off but it wasn't enough to show on a pad. What I'm asking is that is it too early to take a test or should I give it a few more days?
