I'm suppose to start today but the past couple days I've had brown/ light red discharge when I wipe. Not enough for a period. I'm nauseated and have the feeling of throwing up. It feels like the throw up is sitting in my throat and it burns. Kinda like heart burn maybe. I also have cramps. My stomach feels bloated and full. It gurgles like I'm hungry but I don't feel hungry. Two weeks ago I had sex and the guy said he cam in me a little. I do have the mirena as birth control. Should I take a test or is this probably a stomach virus?
