Hello, can swimming delay your period? 
I am 2 days late and I went to the beach these days and basically stayed a lot in water (a thing that I dont do often).. 
Im worried really.. I am 19 and sexual active.

Being 2 days late isn't really a need to take a pregnancy test unless you had sex unprotected? Many girls have their periods late by up to a week. I've got irregular periods often and it doesn't always come on time. Believe me 2 days for me would be nothing. If you have a reason to believe your pregnant then take a test but otherwise it's normal to be late. Periods aren't always identical every month!

No. It can't.  Maybe only temporary,  when ur in the water,  due to the pressure. But the moment ur out,  ur period is...not affected by u being in water 2 days ago
