Why can't I get pregnant?!😩

I'm 19 years old and I've been ttc for 4 months and I thought this time was gonna be it but no my period came 
I'm beyond frustrated

Eat healthy. Don't drink or smoke. You may need to speak with a doctor to find the reason you can't conceive. You might also be tracking your ovulation cycle incorrectly. I use an app called Flo. Which has been a helpful and accurate tool when tracking my period and ovulation.

Girl you're extra young, there's plenty of time for that in the future. Don't stress over it right now, just relax and enjoy the time trying to conceive and if it happens that's great but don't get discouraged if it doesn't. You've got more than enough time.

If you're still not pregnant in a few months, consider having your SO get a Semen analysis. It's relatively cheap, easy, and painless, and it will rule him out as the problem. Also listen to your gut, if you feel like there is something wrong, that you've been tracking your cycles really well and having sex at the right time and it's still not happening, don't feel like you need to wait a whole year before seeking help. I know it's incredibly frustrating to have everyone just say "of you're so young don't worry".

I'm 23 and took us 5 years to get pregnant with help the first time. Sadly we lost them and have been  struggling for nearly a year since ttc. Still not had a baby. 
 
Try not to stress and keep to very healthy life style. After a year of ttc seek help x

It took 12 months for me to get my second. I get its frustrating but there are women who go years ttc
