Taking your own hymen??

Question

So I started my period at 10, and I used tampons because I always leaked everywhere and the. Started experimenting at around 11&12, so I think I may have taken my hymen. I am almost 20, and when I did actually lose my virginity it didn't hurt like I thought it would and deff didn't bleed. Is that normal??  Anyone else??

Completely normal. A lot of females don't bleed or feel much pain and some girls lose their hymen through sports, horse riding, etc. Nothing to worry about. :)

Even very experienced women can still have their hymen intact. In fact, it is possible to go your entire life without it tearing. Bur it is also possible to tear it through normal activity, and even several times. It is not an actual indication of virginity, and you are still a virgin until you are penetrated. Though the concept of virginity is a social construct I do not agree with.

I tore my own hymen using a menstrual cup. It kind of stung, a sharp quick pain and there was a tiny but of blood but I just laughed it off to myself honestly. My first time didn't hurt either and I didn't bleed. Thank god for my own accident 😅

You can't take your hymen. It's a membrane around the back of the vagina that can stretch or tears but doesn't stay torn forever it recovers. 
It's completely normal to tear yours yourself and happens a lot, it can happen horse riding or doing gymnastics or even when you begin to experiment with yourself. Don't be worried about it at all! And if it makes you feel better I tore mine doing gymnastics and then again a few years later horse riding!!

That's good! I played soccer and volleyball &a; fast pitch for 8 years well competitively.  My parents always kept me busy I never had any time to do other activities except right after school sometimes. Makes sense, I use to be super active. I started sports at age 4.
