I want to start taking biotin supplements, I bought some yesterday from walmart, but I don't want to start taking them and nothing happen.

I've been taking them a while now and I've noticed that my hair is in much better condition and so are my nails! If you're trying to get your hair to grow quicker, healthy hair is a must so you could try adding a hair oil at night and maybe try the inversion method too to stimulate blood flow to the scalp 😊
