Storing formula bottles in fridge?

I know you're not supposed to, but has anyone done it? I've been using the ready made formula bottles and so when I bought powdered formula I assumed I could make them up and refrigerate them til I need them, so I made the bottles up and then realised it says you're not supposed to 🙄 how annoying! Has anyone used them anyway?

I would make them as your baby needs them. Not good to store formula in the fridge for longer than 24 hours.

I havent personally..I only make them up as I need them..Cause in the fridge they are only good for 24 hours!

I only made them for the 24 hour period. And only because the formula my baby was on had to sit another 5 minutes before giving it to the baby and I figured I'd have them prepared so she wasn't  screaming her head off waiting on a bottle.

You can do it as long as you use them in the same day. As a work at home mother, I had to pre-make her bottles in the morning, just to save time during the eight hours that I have to be working.

When my son was smaller I had a formula pitcher and I made enough for 24 hours. Now we make bottles less frequently so I only make one or two to throw in the fridge in case he needs a bottle in the night/early in the morning. The rest of the day I make the bottles as needed. He's 9 months old, I used the formula pitcher until he was about 7 months.

Mine can be stored refrigerated for 24 hours. I even have a formula pitcher. I guess it just depends on the brand and the baby.

I only made enough for the day anyway, I wouldn't use it any longer, so if 24 hours is the longest then that's fine with me this time 🙈 next time I'm gonna just store the boiled water and then add formula as I need to
