Anyone on IVF and anxious?

Is anyone else anxious about the possibility of having a baby growing inside you? Or the possibility of not having a successful cycle?

It's been over 2yrs with assisted conception, had my 1st round of <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">ivf</a> July and now an waiting to O so we can to a FET 😪

I am crippled with anxiety, how does everyone cope? ❤️

YES!!! I start IVF next month and I am so anxious and eager to get the process started. I'm constantly researching all things IVF. I'm having trouble concentrating on anything else as I get closer to my baseline. I'll need to find a way to take my mind off of this so I don't drive myself nutty!

Has anyone tried IVF meditation? I wonder if that would help me relax. If you have, could you share which one you listened to? Thanks!

I transfered two embryos 9 days ago. Today is the day I'm waiting to find out from my blood test if I'm pregnant. I think it's negative and I wish I didn't tell anyone that we were doing IVF. This is our first round of IVF. We have one female embryo left if this cycle isn't positive. I'm a ball of nerves today.

I can't even sleep at night I'm so anxious 😭 everything has gone very well so far... tons (actually maybe too many) follicles, estrogen rising, etc.  But I still can't stop
thinking what If they won't mature in time? What if they're bad quality? What if the sperm is bad quality?  Ugh!! Retrieval should be in 3-4 days.  I feel like I'll be SUPER nervous that day.

I've resorted to shopping online to take my mind off of this, which is no good either. I love all of the great information on Glow, but I am going to commit to not researching anything on IVF all day Sunday. We all need balance with friends and other activities to help us not obsess.
