Issues with IUD?

So I am pretty sure I have Bacterial Vaginosis(again) I have it recurring and they don't know why mine is recurring, but anyways I went in a hot tub and I'm pretty sure that's what triggered it. Well this morning I woke up super nauseous...I figured I needed to eat something but first I took a shower and then gave my son a bath then I made us breakfast. I've been eating the same thing all week cause it's healthy and I'm trying to do that 🙃 lol but anyways it was a sunny side up egg. As soon as I started sipping water(tap water) I got more nauseous. But I decided to try and eat anyways.. I could barely eat one egg because I got sick thinking about

It like leaking out. I say all this to go back to when I was pregnant, I couldn't drink tap water I'd throw up(weird I know) and I couldn't eat eggs that weren't scrambled until my third trimester cause I'd get sick annnnd the whole nauseous when I wake up and almost couldn't eat..yeah I was like that my second and third trimesters. I have had the IUD since December, and I took a pregnancy test last week(it was negative) because I was cramping then within an hour I started bleeding... which is really weird for me. And I've not been having periods, and I only bled for a few hours. Has anyone had complications with their IUD and similar things happened??
