How do you use pads with wings. My wings usually stick to the back of the pad not the actual underwear. What am I doing wrong?

Like this and then fold the wings down sticking them to the underwear

Put the pad in your underwear. There should be a piece of paper over the wings adhesive. Don't remove that until the pad is positioned and stuck to your underwear. Then you can take that paper off and fold them underneath your underwear.
