Ladies who took Provera! HELP

I was prescribed provera 5mg for 10 days because I didn't have a period for 2 months.. I took the last pill on Sunday and still no AF? I spotted pink cm wenesday and today.. Woke up feeling hungover even though I didn't drink last night (nauseous, light headed, weak). What is going on?
