So i went to my 37wk apt and was 50% effaced and 1cm (ik this could stay like this) and last night i was having contractions starting at 9pm which were a little more aggressive then BH. (Ive been having BH randomly since like 18 weeks.) Also had bad lower back pain, my contraction timer told me to go in.. but i felt it was false labor. Was up until 5 am with these & finally got some sleep and now they are very random. Is this pretty normal? I was starting to question if i should go in but i dont want to be that mom whos completely in false labor lol

Ps i drink a crap ton of water. 24/7.
