I need help please.. I came off the pill last September didn't have a period until January..now I'm trying to track ovulation which isn't going well as it seems I keep missing it as all tests r negative..

now I can't tell if I'm on my period as it's really light and seems to be spotting nowhere near my period time.. which by the way is super irregular.. I'm scared I'm going to struggle to conceive n that I'm working properly!! What do I do!! X
