How to accept not having more babies?
We just had our first son in October. He is the light of our lives and I couldn't possibly love him more. He has some medical issues from something that occurred (unknowingly and unavoidable) during my pregnancy. We have an appointment with a specialist but it looks like it's something that can occur with future pregnancies. Luckily with our baby it seems to be pretty mild but we might not be so lucky next time so I think we've decided it'll just be this one. I know we can be really happy and I look forward to our life with our son and having a good relationship with him, bonding, family vacations etc. But I can't help be bummed by the thought of not having another baby. Anyone have experience with this? Will it get easier over time?
