How many days of ovulation do you track for with opk?

I am a chronic "pee test taker" I have anxiety about missing my peak even though I'm pretty regular. I start day 5/6 (AF is only 3 days) and test until peak. I usually peak day 14/15 but test the following day to be sure. I may need a support group for over tester's anonymous 😉😉😉

I start around day 14 bc I NEVERMIND ovulate before that. It actually keeps getting later and later. I didn't get a positive OPK until cd22 this cycle.

I start on CD 9...I usually ovulate on CD 13-14.  So for me I start testing about 4 days after my period ends. If I confirm with temps a I see no reason to keep testing.  Good luck!
