difficulty conceiving

Hi all. Im new to this! I am 26, and in relatively good health. I have a 2 (3 in Sept) beautiful daughter. Her father and I have been together 6 years. We want another child, somewhat close in age to our daughter. I have on here that we've been ttc for 2 months, but it's been a bit longer. I'm getting discouraged. I've always wanted at least 2 children, and I'm starting to think it's just not going to happen :( I had a c-section in 2014.. the more I read about secondary infertility the more bummed I become. I dont know what I'm looking for here... maybe just some reassurance or positive stories any of you have! thanks in advance ❤

Don't get discouraged, it will happen eventually... just keep trying and try to enjoy trying haha. Usually most doctors won't intervene until you've been TTC unsuccessfully for a year. They say it's actually normal for a healthy couple to take up to a year to get pregnant in some cases. Don't let doctor Google get you down! I know these apps are great and helpful but are you taking ovulation tests? I got 100 test strips off Amazon that we're relatively inexpensive and they worked last time when we were TTC our daughter. My husband and I initially were just using another app (which I don't think was accurate 😒) but I decided to get the test strips to help us out a little. We're also trying for baby #2 and we've been at it for over a year now. I had PCOS and struggled getting pregnant with my daughter for almost a year and a half. I've been on medication for almost 4 months with no results, and last time I was pregnant within 2 1/2 on the same dose...Ugh. I know how hard it is to feel discouraged every month that it doesn't happen. I've had many friends get pregnant and deliver their babies during that time and it's a struggle to see, but I know it will happen again for me eventually and it will happen for you too 😊
