Help!!!!!

I have a cycle of 50 days. I bleed every other month. I had period last dec, none on jan, then i had on feb, none on march, i had on april, none on may, june and up until now, july 15. I experience some pregnancy symptoms but when i tested (hpt) last june it was all negative. I keep waiting for AF but no sign at all. Im just having a lot of clear discharge (no smell). Im always wet down there that I thought its AF. Any idea whats happening?? And yes im sexually active
