Fever

Hi y'all! My sweet little 8 month old seems to have a cold. I'm hoping that's what it is. When to take baby to the doctor? His fever right now is 100.3 & he's not finishing his bottles but he has plenty of wet diapers. His symptoms are watery eyes, sneezing, diarrhea, clingy, whining, not sleeping well, runny nose, & sounding like a pug when he breathes!
