Being trying

Been trying to conceive for almost 6 months now. Last I took test it was negative when I really thought I was... been having symptoms lately like sleeping a lot and boobs felt heavy! I didn't wanna disappoint myself and take a test so I waited for like two weeks I woke up and my breast were tender to the touch and felt like someone had punched me in them so I decided to just take a test ...... I ended up with these
