Should I quit?

I currently work 2 jobs while my so is away for the next 12 days. It's very difficult and frustrating like no other and is making me more edgy and frustrated with my so. I don't really need the second job but the extra money is nice. Should I quit a job?

Depends..if you need it then you gotta do what you gotta do. If it's one job then straight to the next then yes it's draining. I did that shit for 2 years but I needed to in order to survive. If it's just extra money than  do what's best for you, personally I would do it and put that money aside for a rainy day!
